Roadmap
What we're building next, in the order we currently believe in. This page is a statement of intent, not a contract — dates move, and we'd rather tell you the truth than promise a quarter.

Already in the app
- Custom liability waivers — upload your lawyer’s PDF; guests e-sign. Off until you turn it on under Settings → Advanced.
- Setup wizard — paste a rate sheet or site, review what we found, apply. Cancellation policy lives under Settings → Policies.

Trip protection
Optional cancellation protection your guests can add at checkout. Operators across the industry hand-build this today — cancel-anytime fees, guarantee percentages, rebilled third-party policies — because no booking tool offers it. We want guests to protect a trip in the booking flow without you becoming the claims desk, and without changing your deposit or payout flow. How we ship that is still open. Opt-in per business if we do.
Balance payments on the card on file
Today the app vaults a card and takes the deposit; the remaining balance is settled at the dock. Next: charge the balance to the saved card, and record balances paid in person or by phone, so a booking's ledger is complete without a side spreadsheet.
Store credit
Inside-the-window cancellations often end in "we'll credit you for next time." The app should track that credit instead of your memory.
Under consideration
- Delivery route ordering (the run sheet knows what moves; it could suggest the drive order too).
- Gear and add-on line items on online bookings.
- A later connector for shops that must use a mandated e-sign vendor (built-in e-sign is what we ship — see Waivers).
- Multi-signer waivers (every adult in the party), beyond one signature per booking.
- Customer marketplace / discovery. A way paddlers find and book you — bringing new traffic in — without replacing the dock wall as the source of truth. Not shipping now; still on the table. Terms would have to work for operators (not a classic “we own your customer for 20%” OTA).
What we're not building
- Per-seat pricing. Headcount pricing punishes you for training staff.
