Who it is for

Fleet scheduling for ATV and UTV rentals

A two-seater at the lodge is not a four-seater at the south lot. The book has to know the difference.

Side-by-sides are not interchangeable inventory. Seating, winch, and “the quiet one we give first-timers” matter. When you stage at a lodge and a trailhead, Saturday morning is a trailer puzzle — or a double-book.

Each ATV or UTV is a named unit. Each trailhead or lodge is a staging point. Staff pick the machine on the call. The run sheet is what gets trailered. Online booking is optional and cannot sell a machine that is already promised.

Common questions

Do you make ATV rental fleet software?
We make named-unit scheduling. ATV and UTV shops with more than one staging point have the same job as multi-lake boat outfitters. The UI still says boats and lakes — use those as machines and lots.
We rent from one lot only. Should we use this?
Only if machines are named and you care which one goes out. If you sell anonymous hours from a single counter, a simpler slot tool is enough.
