OutfitterHQ is the staff calendar for that map. Each boat is a named unit. Each lake or access is a staging point. Bookings, deliveries, and suggested moves live on one grid. Phone and walk-in stay first-class; a guest link is optional and writes into the same book.

- Does it handle overnight canoe trips?
- Yes. A booking holds a specific hull across dates. The grid shows who has it and where it should land, so the next guest is not promised a boat that is still on the water.
