A mushing guest does not book “inventory.” They book a team that slept at the lodge, a musher who knows that line, and a trailhead that may be a shuttle away. Swap two teams on paper and you have the wrong dogs on the wrong truck.
Each team is a named unit. Each lodge or trailhead is a staging point. Bookings hold a specific team. The morning sheet is who goes to which trail, not a pile of anonymous sleds. Phone stays first-class when the weather flips the day.

- We have named-unit scheduling that mushing outfits can use the same way boat outfitters do. Teams and lodges instead of hulls and lakes. It is not a guest marketplace and not kennel management software.
- What if tours cancel for weather?
- Staff own the book. Change or hold the team on the grid the way you would move a boat. Guests do not silently resell a team you already promised.
