Who it is for

Fleet scheduling for snowmobile rentals and tours

Sleds live in caches. Guests start at different trailheads. Someone has to know which machine is already there.

A numbered sled at Cache B is not “a 600.” If Saturday’s tour leaves from the far lot and the groomer-friendly machines are still at the shop, you are driving after dark or disappointing a group. Slot software does not know the cache.

Each snowmobile is a named unit. Each cache or trailhead is a staging point. Book the machine, see where it sits, print the morning moves. Optional guest booking cannot sell a sled that is already out or sitting at the wrong lot.

How the product maps

Today the app language is boats and lakes. Use this table on day one.

Boats / fleet
Named sleds (fleet numbers)
Lakes / access points
Trailheads, caches, lodge lots
Deliveries / run sheet
Trailer and cache restock

Common questions

Is this snowmobile rental software?
It is the same named-fleet calendar used by boat outfitters, mapped to sleds and trailheads. Built for shops that stage machines in more than one place — not a single-lot hourly kiosk.
We also run guided tours. Does that fit?
If the tour still assigns specific sleds from a cache, yes. If you only sell a guide slot with no fleet logistics, this is more product than you need.
