Fleet scheduling for Sea-Doo and PWC rentals
Hourly rides still need a named ski. Two docks still need a trailer plan.
A PWC shop looks like slot software until two machines are down, the north dock is fully booked, and someone promised “any three-seater” that is actually at the other lake. Insurance, fuel, and briefs do not make the units interchangeable — the serial number on the dock does.
Treat each Sea-Doo as a named unit and each dock or lake as a staging point. Staff book a specific machine from the phone. The run sheet is the trailer list. Online booking, if you want it, cannot sell a ski that is already out.

- It is fleet scheduling for named PWCs. The screens still say boats and lakes — map those to machines and docks. The job is the same: do not double-book a specific ski, and know where it sits tonight.
- We mostly do hourly rentals. Is that too simple?
- Hourly is fine if units are named and you have more than one place they live. If you only sell anonymous headcount at a single dock, a guest booking tool may be enough.
