How to set boat prioritization
Rules for which hull the engine prefers when several would fit.
Steps
- Open Settings → Booking rules → Prioritization.
- Rank location tiers (already at access point, scheduled run, home base, …).
- Save. New recommendations and optimize runs use the new order.
- Optional hitch sizes live under Settings → Trucks & trailers. Leave that blank to keep per-boat trucking.
- Re-run optimize on the grid to see the effect.
Limits
- Prioritization does not invent free boats — availability still wins.
- Substitution groups (kayak vs canoe) are a separate rule page.
- Trailer packing does not route the truck (stop order / drive times). Squeeze only runs when it avoids another hitch.
