How to set up access points

Access points are the put-ins and take-outs the grid, engine, and deliveries care about — Bell Lake, George Lake, the highway launch.

Steps

1. Open Settings → What you offer → Access points (or finish them in setup).
2. Add each lake/launch with a clear name staff already say on the phone.
3. Mark home base if you have a yard where boats sit between trips.
4. Set flags that match how you run: key dropbox, leave-boat, dropoff required.
5. Optional: Settings → Advanced → Places map & outfit stops. Then edit each place — put-in, storage, yard, and whether the guest stops at the outfit — and pin it on the map. The guest booking page can hide that map under Settings → Booking rules. See Fleet & access points.

Why it matters

Recommendations and optimize score boats by where they are, not only where they “belong.” Wrong lakes = wrong truck work.
