How to stock gear and inclusions

Two different ideas that look similar:

• Gear — things you track in a pool (40 paddles, 20 tents).
• Inclusions — rules like “every canoe rental includes 2 paddles.”

Steps

1. Create gear types (or accept them from setup). Set How many? on the gear step — that’s pool quantity.
2. On a watercraft type, open inclusions: parent canoe → child Paddle × 2 per watercraft.
3. When you book a canoe, the quote expands included gear automatically.
4. If you force-save past a shortage, the booking shows needs attention until you mark inventory sorted.
