Overnight truck pass
Off until OutfitterHQ turns the shop on and you flip Settings → Advanced → Overnight truck pass. Flag-off shops get nothing at 5 AM.
Before the dock opens, the same optimizer that powers Optimize on the grid may apply only clean swaps that save a truck. Everything else waits in a morning email. Revert on the grid still undoes a run.
What you get
- Overnight apply of LESS_TRUCKING suggestions with no warnings, on confirmed trips that start tomorrow or later.
- A cap (20 per shop per night) so a busy week does not rewrite the whole board.
- Morning digest to admins: what moved, what was left (warnings, same-day, or not a truck save).
- The apply is an optimization run. Grid Revert works like a manual Apply.
What it will not touch
- Same-day trips
- Active trips
- Pending holds
- Suggestions with warnings
- Any trip that already has keys issued
Ask does not patch boats overnight. There is no model on the write path.
Limits, honestly
- It will not apply a “maybe” swap to be helpful. If the Why line has a warning, it stays on the digest.
- You still run Optimize yourself during the day.
