Reports
Reports is where you find out what the season actually did, as opposed to what it felt like at 6:40 AM on the long weekend. Admins only — staff see the grid, not the money.
Every report takes a date range: the season presets down the top (one per year you have bookings), or a custom from/to. Test bookings never count. Each one exports to CSV that opens cleanly in Excel or Numbers.
Season summary
Reports → Season summary. Booked revenue, what you actually collected (deposits, balances, refunds), bookings by source, cancellations, guests, and how hard each boat worked.
- Utilization is boat-days booked ÷ boat-days available. By type, and by boat with the least-used first, because the question is always "which hulls aren't earning."
- Revenue by access point and by month go by where and when the trip started.
- Revenue on a booking with several boats is split evenly across them so the per-boat table sums back to the headline.

From your bookings
For the range you pick, we count what the app did and multiply by your minutes per task:

Hours × your hourly wage = dollars. Set the wage to 0 and you get hours only.
Your numbers. The defaults are one real shop's estimates: two rooms of wall charts, everything by phone. Change them to yours and Save — they stick for your shop, and every number on the page updates as you type. Reset to defaults puts them back.
Predict a season
Not on the app yet, or planning next year? Type bookings per season, the share you expect online, days open, departures + returns on a typical day, and truck jobs. Same math, same minutes, same wage.
If the range above has bookings, As is copies its numbers into the form. Scaled to N days stretches the span between your first and last trip to a full season — handy in July when you want to know what the whole year will look like.
Limits, honestly
- We do not count fewer truck kilometres from smart assignment or Optimize. There is no baseline for your shop to measure against, and a made-up percentage would be a sales number, not a report.
- We do not count double-bookings that never happened or refunds you never had to issue.
- Bookings you took at 11 pm because the book page was open are revenue, not saved time. They show up in Season summary, not here.
- The minutes are yours. If you tell it a delivery takes 30 minutes to write up, it will believe you.
